Valcucine introduce a wholly recyclable kitchen
Valcucine is attempting to revolutionise the kitchen furniture market with its latest kitchen range Artematica Vitrum, featuring the Invitrum base unit, a wholly recyclable base unit made entirely from glass and recycled aluminium. The base unit is easy to disassemble at the end of the kitchen's life as no glue is used in its construction, only mechanical joints.
The production of the kitchen is also more environmentally friendly as the process of recycling aluminium consumes only one twentieth of the energy needed to obtain primary aluminium.
